Lakewood Terrace

I recently moved into an apartment at Lakewood Terrace on February 13, and I'm disgusted with the condition of the apartment. My first mistake was trusting the rental office and not conducting an initial walk through. Like I said, I shouldn't have trusted the apartment's management. After I signed the lease, I found bullet holes in the walls and front door. The refrigerator was moldy, much of the apartment wasn't cleaned and the toilet seat was broken. I've asked the management to repair... and clean the unit, but it seems that the apartment complex is about to be sold. I'll follow up this review to let you know how the new management responds. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I have never received worse customer service in my life. DO NOT waste your money renting from these people they don't care about you or your well being.

applied and got denied due to "not making enough on my own even though I clear $1500+ biweekly and rent was only $1200/MO. I work nights as a welder and would stop through to get updates in my work clothes driving my old truck and the manager looked like someone rubbed dog poop under her nose. do not recommend.

The property manager is very evil; mean and nasty. I rented a haul on Monday because I was moving out on Tuesday and Wednesday. This nasty women had my haul towed out on Tuesday morning and I had to pay 1100 dollars to get it out of the tow yard. This nasty manager knew that I was moving out but decided to have my uhaul towed 1 day after I rented it. I explained to Lisa that I had planned to move out on Wednesday. Please do not move here. There is 1 maintenance man that parks in front of my... building everyday and never gets out of his truck. This is very creepy.

Management is crap, you fall even a half a month behind and they harass you till you pay it, they don’t fix anything unless you go in person or call a hundred times, they try pinning stuff on you. When they do fix something it’s not 100% fixed. But they’re perfectly fine raising rent on you so you can’t save up to move out.
