If I could give this a zero I would. The management, minus maybe one or two people who are nice, are genuinely all over the place. If you are planning to move in, which I BEG you not too make sure you get everything in writing. From the smallest to the largest interactions even in person.

When me and my roommate where planning on moving in they did not tell us about a conformation. When I so happened to see it, pay the beginning prices, they set our move in date back by one month TWICE without... our knowledge and only changed it back to the original date once I called saying we "fell through the cracks". On move in day the apartment was not even cleaned, nor was it in any sort of livable date with doors off the hinges etc.

Currently trying to get our money back, but management is so unavailable and "forgetful", unresponsive we will have to go to cooperate.

To anyone moving here, especially with pets and looking for an apartment I beg you not to here because this can happen to you, this was not something we even thought of that would happen to us. Lee mas

I was supposed to move in at the beginning of August and when I showed up to move in they told me that my apartment wasn't ready and the lady helping me was extremely rude to me while I was trying to figure all of this out. She claimed that they had called multiple times to tell me but said I was "out of luck and would just have to figure something else out." Even before any of this happened any time I would call to try and get an update on my apartment or lease throughout the year they would... tell me they couldn't help me and immediately hang up. A friend I know went to move in a day ago and there were eviction notices on multiple apartments around hers along with trash bags full of things up and down the stairs and out in front of the buildings and doors on both floors. The apartment inside was disgusting and they refused to clean it when asked. Lee mas

Management is a joke apparently washer and dryer not working is not a priority and they will wait 3 to 4 weeks to fix it on their own time instead of replacing it like they should have a year ago after the 20 other maintenance request I've had to file for the same dryer.... management and maintenance is a joke

management is horrible. they don’t answer emails or call backs. they will charge u fees for the smallest things. and when i moved changed units they basically threw me out of the first one. didn’t give me a notice. and when i moved into the new bigger unit it wasn’t even cleaned. the floor was disgusting. the blinds were broken, there were holes on the furniture and things were broken everywhere. don’t understand why i even had to put down another deposit if they weren’t gonna clean the... apartment. if it wasn’t because i would have to pay for the remaining months of my lease in order to get out of it i would’ve left a long time ago. PLEASE DO NOT LEASE FROM HERE. Lee mas

They falsely advertise availability. Around the end of July, I spoke with their staff who told me the earliest move-in date was Sept. 5th (despite advertising immediate availability online...and that's for my desired floorplan). Anyway, that worked for me, so I completed the $30 application, which was quickly accepted and was required to pay the $250 deposit. Great, I've reserved an apartment. Nope. After hearing nothing for several weeks, I start making phone calls and repeatedly get vague... answers and promises to call me back. On the 4th or 5th phone call, I contact the leasing manager and am told there are 30 applicants in front of me, some of whom filed applications in January (7 months earlier). My advise, do not waste your time. They clearly instruct the staff to give out as little information as possible. Now I'm waiting to see if and when I'll get my $250 "deposit" refunded.
