I called the phone number provided and almost immediately my call my was denied I was not given the voicemail option the first time I called the second time I was hung up on and finally I called a third time and left a voicemail there customer service is terrible I would understand if it was after hours and no body was there unfortunately that’s not the case tho seeing as my second call was picked up and hung up it was very frustrating and unprofessional the employee responsible for handling... the phones is clearly not suited for the task it’s complete unbelievable that’s how someone would handle there business and there customers I’ve talked with family and friends who have had similar experiences so I know that I’m not the only one who has been through this it’s a re occurring thing and it needs to be handled Lee mas

24 North is not your "typical" apartments. They recently bought the apartment I was living in and this transition was seamless. They kept the same online payment system which makes it so easy to pay rent and submit any maintenance requests. I was afraid of a new owner changing everything but they have made it a great experience.
