Highgrove at Big Bend

They will sell you anything and act like it’s rainbow and unicorns. Well the office isn’t there during the posted hours. You can never get anyone to answer the phone or return a call. Very frustrating. Found out a bunch of people have mold in their apartment like all over it and they don’t do anything. Try to tell you oh there’s not mold we will paint over it. Takes forever for maintenance to come if they even EVER SHOW UP!!! Then one guy called the head guy and the head guy says DONT FIX IT, ... it doesn’t need fixing. So tired of how they are completely useless. Dont rent here definitely not worth the money. Pool is old and shut down a lot in the summer and no outside bbq blah blah area, cause it is nasty and unusable. Dog park has dog poop everywhere. Not cleaned up. If i could give 0 that’s what I would give. Lee mas

Nice and quiet apartment. It's in a good neighborhood. You can go for a jog or walk your dog anytime. I wish I would've known about this place sooner.

Cool place not to bad in my area wish it was garages of first asked carport for free and I don't have to many words to say. Service is ok I guess

everyone at the leasing office was super kind and helpful throughout the entire moving process. The neighborhood itself is very quiet with beautiful woods surrounding it, and the apartments are set up nicely as well

Really awesome staff and management. Apartments are nice and maintenance is quick and reliable. The area is well kept at all times and neighbors are friendly.
