Maintenance Review: Bedroom Lightbulb & Patio Door Handle Thank for performing the maintenance fix for the bedroom light bulb and patio door handle. However please next time coordinate the time for the maintenance fix to ensure my availability in the apartment. I wrote specific requests and times as to my availability when I submitted the request online but they were disregarded, and I was never contacted beforehand out of courtesy. This was also even after I conferred with the... gentleman/resident advisor in the lobby shortly after I submitted the request. Part of the reason is that I previously had work done in my apartment without notice and my supervision and my unit was damaged; I also have equipment and files from my employer that need to be safeguarded. I have lived here for almost a year and love my apartment. Super spacious and affordable for students. Amenities are currently being renovated and I am excited to see all of the new areas.

This place is disgraceful. The moment I had “set up” everything with the leasing office and had reserved a studio, the move-in day they tell me that studio isn’t available? While prior to that we discussed everything about the studio and how it has to be “deep-cleaned” before moving in. They are completely careless and treat me with such patronization. Such high prices for such low maintenance. It’s disgusting.

For compensation, they moved me in a 1x1 L. As soon as I walked into my... apartment, I immediately realized that this place hasn’t been cleaned properly for I don’t know how long. I had to clean the apartment myself. It gets better, the walls have cracks and chips on them. There’s stains on doors. There always an awful smell in the apartment. The sinks leak from the bottom of the drawers. The list goes on and on. Furthermore, I recently just got back from summer vacation and all of a sudden the a/c doesn’t work. I told them about the problem and they gave me a portable, obnoxiously loud a/c, that doesn’t even cool properly. They just want your money. Wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Lee mas
