Walked in for a tour and while talking to a Leasing Agent could hear other girls that work there in the background saying horrible things about people that live there. During the tour noticed dog poop and trash everywhere. These apartments are clearly not taken care of nor does the staff care about you.

The office staff and maintenance staff are friendly and quick to respond on the rare occasion that I have needed to call during the 2 years that I have lived here. I have had a wonderful experience and have recommended this community many times to friends and family that were looking to move or not. I have also really enjoyed that the address of each apartment is recognized as an individual location for mailing and delivery purposes. This REALLY helps if you have had other experiences with... apartment living. Overall, The Villages at Lake Silvercote has been an excellent place to call home!

Great place to live close to a lot places to eat. The staff there is awesome and always helping out making sure the place look great.

I don't see how they have a five star rating!!!!! We have, spiders, bugs and centipedes bad!!!! They have only sprayed once, since I've been here in 6 months, and orkin only sprayed kitchen and both bathrooms... did NO good!!!!!!
Also the sod that they put down, they only water once and expect it to grow!!!!! Really!!!! Why didn't they install sprinklers....
Also, the breeze way between apartments has never ever been cleaned!!!! Has cigarette buts as well as trash from building the apartments... as well as dirt, dust and mud!!!!
They also advertise wood floors!!!! NOT!!!! It is the cheapest laminate that is made!!!!
