Lake Forest Apartments

Nice and quiet place to stay. The complex is really nice, and I love the upgrades they’ve been doing. The office staff is very helpful and does their best to assist residents—some things are out of their control, but they still try their hardest.

It’s very quiet, and the new playground for the kids is a great addition. I also heard they are working on upgrading the tennis court, which I’m excited about. The two-bedroom units could be a bit more spacious, but since it’s just me and my dog, I... have no complaints.

Corporate does not respect tenants. Before you move, go online and try to contact corporate and see if you can.. good luck.
The tennis court has no net. No recreational area for kids of any age.
Terrible foundation issues and cracks everywhere.
RUDE local and corporate staff.
Painted the parking lot instead of new pavement.
Constant rate increases with no renovations.

The layout of the 3BR unit is nice and spacious. The complex is usually quiet. And at least they accept mobile payments.

The combination of location, amenities, and responsive management makes it a great place to call home. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located apartment.
