Mark IV Gardens Apartamentos

Hard to believe these were built in 95. I lived there from 98 to 2000, so 3-5 years after they were built and the grounds were already a mess. The pot holes, the trash, the dirtiness of the place. My apt itself didn't have many problems. I moved out of state and went back to visit in 2007, drove through the parking lot and there is NO WAY I'd live there. Felt VERY unsafe just driving through in the middle of the day. It is now 2020, so hopefully they've remodeled and took care of the grounds.... The rent price you can't beat...it's cheap, but are you safe? Lee mas

This place is okay for a couple of two, the rent is okay I guess but it's most likely is that your apartment is dirty which it's okay if you are okay with it but it's oh so most likely that some things are not going to be working example water air conditioning and that's probably it but also it takes a while for management to come and fix any problems that you have in the apartment it's been 2 months since I have reported a broken window and leaking from my roof so if you really want this place... take it I guess Lee mas

Affordable, spacious, nice area. Wheelchair accessibility may be needed

This ungated property is 7 mins away from the beach.Townhomes with a pool and and tennis court that service as a play ground and makeshift basketball court for the tenant's children.This apartment complex has pest and several pot hole though out.There is a water pond in the back of the property that can be used for fishing and several shade trees to relax and unwind after a hard day off work.If you like to play blackjack,we have eight casinos that are less than 20 min.
