The noise is ridiculous. No matter how nice you are and how many times you complain. The staff does nothing about it. Yet they expect you to just live with it. I have lived here almost 2 years. As soon as my Lease is over, I will be moving out. Never late on my rent and always tried to be mindful of my neighbors. Some people just have no respect for others.

Ok so the office has very awesome, understanding people. Very kind and quick to help. That’s why I’m being so generous with my rating. I do not recommend moving here.

We have compactors that we pay $8 a month to use. Now suddenly without warning, we are expected to not only pay $8 for that compactor, but $20 a month on top of that, for this low class, tiny plastic trash bin, that we are expected to put our trash in, and leave at our front doors every week.

Let me tell you why common sense... says this is a nightmare.

1. What normal person wants to leave their home with trash at their front door all week every week, and to see their neighbors trash right next to them? No one accumulates just one bag of trash a week. Especially if they have a baby or more.

2. The ungodly smell from the mounds of trash that will accumulate in the hall ways of these homes. Fyi - we all live pretty close to each other. Like two steps from my door, is my neighbor’s door.

3. What do you all think trash attracts? We have all seen them at dumpsters. Whats worse is, our trash will now be even more easily accessible to rodents such as; Rats, mice, raccoons, small - medium size stray dogs, etc. also here in the south, Cockroaches are common. This will attract them too.

So All 400 apartments are expected to pay $20 a month for their front doors to turn into a dump, that will have rodents and cockroaches at our front door.

The worst possible outcome here, is if and when these rodents start showing up, they will knock down those plastic trash bins, and the bags of trash that will be surrounding them too, and use their claws and teeth to rip those bags open.

Now there will be so much litter not just chilling at all of our front doors, but the wind will cause that trash to end up on other people’s property that surround our complex. There are a lot of houses around here. So these home owners will not appreciate that.

Another worst case scenario that can result from this, is what if our trash attracted a rabid rodent? So will I eventually have to worry about being attacked when I leave my home? Like this is something we all as tenants have to be prepared for. Expect the unexpected right? Even if it doesn’t happen too often, it can still happen. I feel like the year 2020 has proven this statement to be true.

I plan on contacting corporate about this, and if they refuse to make changes, and stop charging us as well, then we will be reporting them to HUD. Lee mas

Well being a resident of Prosper I am fed up with the noise and dog poop everwhere. The recent remodeling allows you to hear your neighbors very well(phone ringing, coughing, walking and alarm clocks)There is no need on complaining becuase nothing can be done. Moving on!

Terrible office staff! They are all smiles while getting you moved in and taking your money. But after that, any issues you have they could care less about.
I will update my reviews if my issues upon moving in are fixed in a timely and proficient manner.
The management team is very dry and unfriendly. And even when they smile it is as fake as can be. Apparently I'm not the only one who feels this way.
However, the apartments are beautiful. It is so quiet here. Very clean and well kept up.... Beautiful appliances. The list goes on and on. There are alot of pros. Lee mas

This is my first apartment. Being in the military, I was looking for a safe and clean environment and I found exactly that with the Columns. The location is perfect. It's 10 minutes away from the Navy Base and downtown Gulfport and blocks from the beach. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. The pool is well maintained and clean and the neighbors awesome.
