North Hills Apartments

Management is terrible. No one is EVER in the office to answer the phone when you have an issue BUT they want rent on time. My apartment has been filled with mold for MONTHS due to leaking from upstairs. My rent goes up EVERY month as well. I will be turning my keys in to them in the morning. This is ridiculous.

Managers are terrible. They won’t fix anything unless inspection are near. Security buys dope from the loiterers, so he won’t do his job. Loitering in front of building 4 where they sit all day and smoke weed, and throw their trash down. Even some of the tenants throw trash down with there trash so it’s a mess. Loiterers hang out all night with loud talk and music. Tenant company sits in car early in the morning with loud bass for a hour until girlfriend comes out. Always shooting, wouldn’t... recommend a squirrel to live here. Not even 1 star. Lee mas
