The day I moved in my key wouldn't even lock the front door which they did replace it the same day. I noticed the central was blowing hot air no matter what it was on . I was told the whole unit had to be replaced. They said a guy will be here next week to fix it so they gave me portable air conditioners. Well weeks go by and nothing so I put in a maintenance request and they come turn on my central leave the air conditioners in the floor and call it a day . So I put them back in the window . A... few more weeks go by and they take the air conditioner cut on my central while it's still blowing hot air . The ceiling fans feels better than the central . Another thing is that when I moved in is that there was a awful smell coming from the kitchen and dishwasher area so I opened the dishwasher and it smelled awful. I don't know if the filter just hasn't been cleaned or what but I don't use it . The washers plastic piece that seals the door had a giant clump of hair, dirt and I don't even know what stuck in it with wet goo all in it . My experience has been pretty good. Some positives are floor designs and full size bed. A negative would be the apartment had some issues with appliances.

I love it here very spacious and quite I feel so comfortable around this here I will continue my stay my room mates also loves it here the staff are great peoples very nice and friendly

the painting and some of the furniture was dirty, the carpet was more or less but overall very well. The staff was very supporting and knew how to answer any questions.

Good community and good staff! Move in is easy and quick. I would definitely recommend! Only issue is with maintenance requests being done in a timely manner but nothing major!
