19th & Graf Apartments

My move in experience was smooth, the staff were kind and helpful! I’m in love with the amenities such as the pool/spa and fire pits! I would say, one thing that could be improved is answering the phones. When applying/application process there were many times I needed to call with questions and no one would answer - I had even called up to 5x’s in a day without success. I know they are busy but I do think there is definitely room for improvement. But I would like to point out when they do... answer, they are very kind and helpful, I just think to improve the customer service experience they could do better on answering the phones.

Everything has been up to expectations. The rooms are well built and the amenities are amazing. There is nothing I can complain about. Overall, 19th and Graf has been a great place to live.

Living at 19th and Graf has been a great experience! The apartments are modern, clean, and really comfortable, with open layouts, nice finishes, and lots of natural light. Having in-unit laundry and updated appliances makes daily life so much easier. The location is another big plus—it’s close to MSU, downtown Bozeman, grocery stores, and restaurants, but still feels quiet and tucked away.

The management and staff are also fantastic. They’re friendly, professional, and always quick to respond... if you need anything. Maintenance requests are handled right away, and the whole property is kept in great shape. The space feels modern, clean, and really well taken care of. The layout is super functional, and it gets great natural light throughout the day, which makes it feel bright and welcoming.

The building itself is quiet and safe, with neighbors who are friendly but respectful of privacy. Maintenance has been quick and reliable whenever I’ve needed anything, and management is easy to reach and very professional.
