I NEED YOU TO:
1. Hay my 3 horses am and pm or put them in and out of the field.
2. Knock down hay from the stack if needed.
3. Clean poop from open area of the barn.
4. Bring my trashcan in and out.
5. Do flood irrigation tarps 1 or 2x a month, seasonally.
6. Snowplow the drive if needed.
7. Hook up my gooseneck trailer occasionally.
8. Give occasional neighborly help like you’d do for your grandma.
YOU NEED:
1. To have a job and great references.
2. Have experience caring for horses.
3. Know how to drive a tractor.
4. Have no more than 1 neutered and approved dog, no cats.
5. To maintain your fences for critters.
6. To sign a 6 month lease (+ more if it works out).
7. To fill out an application, if asked.
WE NEED: To like each other because we share a back yard fence line.
