Rpm

It use to be great when hawthorne owned it. Rpm take hr lunches at the clubhouse n lock the door on several occasions. These reviews were when hawthorne owned it not now. The fix staff is the same n are all great . Kevin should work at hawthorne .

Wonderful Team!

Every time we've put in a maintenance request, the office staff has been prompt with their responses! Can't wait for the new clubhouse to open! :)

Hawthorne at Pines

Resident events are fun and unique and 24-7 fitness center is great. quite community

Great apartment complex

My wife and I have lived here for 2 years now and love the community. Nice, friendly, and beautiful. They work hard and do a great job keeping the property clean. Love it here. I’m not moving.

AC has been out for 4 weeks

The absolute worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. AC has been out for 4 straight weeks. Summer in NC and tried to tell me they couldn't even give me a window unit at first until I fought them on the matter. No empathy from management. Maintenance doesn't know HOW to fix an issue or really even bandaid one. I have been nothing but nice and comprehensive especially given the conditions my two daughters (age 5 and 2) have had to sleep through at night when its 85 degrees. I have lived at... 8 different apartments in my life; this is by far the worst property management I have ever seen. Manager is terrible, honestly thats an understatement. Will not be signing another lease with this company.
