The Best Place to live in Downtown Asheville
My husband and I have lived at the Grove Arcade for over 13 years (yes, 13 years!). This is not unusual since it is a place you don't want to leave. The building is amazing and unlike any other place in Asheville. The maintenance manager and staff have been so responsive, especially during difficult times like Covid and Hurricane Helene. We have covered, secure parking which is a very important amenity for downtown living. Restaurants are just an elevator ride away. Perhaps what really... stands out is the sense of community here. The residents routinely gather in the common area for drinks and snacks. I strongly recommend the Grove Arcade
