Each unit has a premium bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, central heat and air conditioning, and new floors and paint throughout.

Positive Way rent varies, and is individually leased by the bedroom. The administrative fee is $50 per person.

Lower-unit with shared bathroom: $595/month with $595 security deposit
Lower-unit with en suite bathroom: $605/month with $605 security deposit
Upper-unit with shared bathroom: $605/month with $605 security deposit
Upper-unit with en suite bathroom: $615/month with $615 security deposit

The rental price includes Internet, trash pickup, and a monthly utility allowance of $50 for water and electricity. Cable and wifi are not included, only wired (ethernet) internet. Parking is included, with 1 guest parking spot for the complex. Sorry, this property is not pet friendly.
