The community is very nice and everyone is kind. I am disappointed that the pool is not available for use for the entirety of the summer. This seems like extremely poor planning and unfair to all of us who pay rent expecting this amenity.

Our move in experience has been very seamless except for the showers not being fully set up. Neighbors were very nice. Looking forward to living here!

George was super nice and it was an easy, straight forward process! The apartment was in great condition when I moved in, and the carpets and paint had been renewed.

Having a pool renovation during the summer is just bad decision making. The lack of communication about a substitute option has been less than stellar. Really disappointing.

We have offered our residents some alternatives and are confident that the... improvements to our community, upon completion, will be well worth the wait! It is our utmost priority to offer great service to our valued residents and are actively working towards meeting your expectations. I am working on site at the clubhouse and also staying on site in a one bedroom apartment.
The Manager Allison has been very helpful with getting me set up in the apartment and making sure that everything was ready for my move in.
I have noticed that the staff has a lot of events for the tenants that they are asked to participate in. This gives tenants a chance to meet and socialize with each other.
The pool is closed due to construction, but staff is making arrangements for tenants to be... able to use another facility close by.
The complex is very clean and well kept, it also is quite and relaxing.
