Look elsewhere in the neighborhood!
It's pretty gross living here. People don't pick up after their dogs around the property, and the dumpster is often overflowing. Recently, a dog pooped in my hallway, and it was left there for over 12 hours. The building is impossible to access, especially for delivery drivers. Delivery drivers often give up accessing the building and will leave your packages anywhere. The parking spaces are so tightly packed, you barely have room to open your door. You also better hope you win the neighbor... lottery. My neighbors fight, loudly and at all hours of the night. I've reported them multiple times to the leasing office; they even called the cops on them. However, they accepted their renewal application, even after telling me they were moving out.
