This place has it all Great location Great Amenities and Great Staff, Manager is friendly and will go above and beyond to make it happen. Maintance is always same day IF needed. Clean place and cozy.

All I can say is this place is nothing like it was when I first moved in, but surely started going downhill very very quickly! 3 different property management staffs now since I I've been here, that should tell you something regardless of what they say for the reasons/excuses not being truthful. The only thing great about living here is the location. This is supposed to be more luxury living and please believe me it's NOT for the price you pay!! I'm even beginning to say it's not even healthy to... live here. The carpets are unbelievably horrible in the hallways, never cleaned, and smell so bad when you are walking to your place/coming home. How would you like to have to hold your breath while coming home everyday or leaving going down your hallways? When I first came there was no valet trash required which was great, then they brought it in and made mandatory regardless of lots of voices against this!!! Hallways smell literally like trash and you feel like you are living in trash practically. I don't think valet waste is a good idea for places like these that are closed in and also if they are NOT going to be able to clean carpets more often. Trash guy comes at 8 pm rolling trash big bin through hallway. They try and cover smell up with bunch of chemical air fresheners plug ins. Only thing they try and keep looking nice is when you would first walk in, like a new customer to make it look good. I don't even think management even goes to the floors EVER! Also, there are barely any amenities, not that great for price you pay. Very think walls too,can hear and smell everything!!! Overall, this place was lthrown up quick like many others and poorly built overall. You will regret moving here if you do. Lee mas

I've been living here for a little over a year, and I've noticed that the entire building has become beset by deferred maintenance in the last few months: water damage/wood rot left untouched for weeks on end; roaches in the common spaces that have begun to infiltrate individual units; stains on the carpeting; broken light fixtures left unrepaired; one of two elevators that routinely breaks down, leaving half the residents to trek to the other side of the building with their... groceries/packages/whathaveyou; apologetic but largely powerless staff who responds to repeated complaints with a "bear with us a while longer" attitude as opposed to immediate measures being taken to address such unacceptable conditions.

The walls are also incredibly thin. It is literally possible to hear every step taken by my upstairs neighbor as he traipses across his floor.

This building looks great on the surface, and the location is excellent, but I would not recommend it to anyone. The cost is entirely too high to merit a host of issues I have not dealt with since living in a college dorm. Lee mas

I fell in love with this place at first site. But after living here for 3 months I'm realizing this place is awful! There is no insulation between the walls floor and ceiling leaving you with no sound privacy. I can hear my upstairs neighbors walking around and I can hear people in the hallway. Not only that but the elevator never works so I have to walk up and down 5 flights of stairs to let my dog out. And to continue There is dog for dog poop dust cockroaches and other bugs littering the... stairwell not to mention the carpet between the hallways is disgusting it's covered in trash and stains. A great apartment...great location (walk to everything). It's new, it's hip, and I feel totally safe. Management is fun and friendly....what else could you ask for?!!
