Dangerous, poorly maintained community that never misses an opportunity to price gouge. It’s a refurbished roach motel and the rent is comparable to a three bedroom home in a nice suburban area. The ladies in the office are nice… not helpful or competent, but at least they feign politeness.

The place changes management like seasons the root issues never get fixed when you call the office they hardly ever pick up.

Management staff does an excellent job with staying updated on any issues as well as doing all they can to get future tenants in an apartment. Very professional and caring .

This place is the absolute worse. First of all, whoever did the plumbing and sealing did not know what they were doing and did a terrible job. Many of our pipes are sticking out of the wall. When we first got here, there were bugs everywhere and the outside of the buildings were filthy. No one answers the phone in leasing office so it’s hard to get in contact with them to discuss issues about our apartment. We live right near the dumpster and are having to pay a $20 monthly fee for valet trash... even though we don’t use it. They recently disabled the e check option on our resident portal so we have to pay close to a $40 card fee just to get our rent paid. If you wash clothes, you have to pay $2 to wash and $2 to dry and some of the machines are out of order. So basically, we are paying more than what this trash dump is worth. DO NOT STAY HERE! Lee mas
