Waterford Creek Apartments

I came for my tour and I must say that Erika showed me a beautiful apartment but I was not sure it was going to be for me. Sandra came to let me know that are offering $800 off rent so I applied today! Another lady there even offered me something to drink and I think her name is Angela. They are super nice so I hope I get approved.

I haven’t even been here a year and its a nightmare.. I move in a apartment that wasn’t fully ready for move in.. they don’t answer the phone in the office and the maintenance team sucks… they take you as a joke cause they don’t have to live in these conditions… the trash in the hallways are terrible. They are easy to get in because all they care about is the money not the up kept of the property. I wish I could give 0 starts.. The conditions are sad

When I first moved here my experience was exceptional. Work orders were completed on time in a fast effective manner. The leasing office staff was easy to reach regarding tenant issues. The buildings were a lot cleaner in the breezeways. Now, since the transition it's so hard to get InTouch with the rental office staff. And even when you do, they are of no help to you and whatever problem you may have. They take forever to complete a simple work order/task. They never follow up with you or any... issues with your unit. You literally have to just show up and even still they are no help. Don't Move here!!!!! Lee mas

When I moved into this complex 5 years ago it was divine compared to where it is now. Although the complex, has always struggled with issues like power outages and bad cellphone service, there were many positives that made those issues seem less stressful at times. The maintenance team was quick, effective, and fun to be around. The front office staff was friendly too, very responsive, easily accessible, and flexible if need be. 5 years later, TRASH! The maintenance team is slow and barely know... what they're doing. My dryer has been squeaking for months! I've put in at least 3 service tickets they came 2 of 3 times and said they'd need to replace the unit, after leaving they just closed the service ticket. Literally no action has been taken, my dryer is still squeaking as I'm typing this review. I can only dry my clothes when I leave the house or settle for a blistering headache. Even that doesn't compare to the extraordinarily poor performance by the new front office staff and the management company that has taken over the property. The front office staff alone should get an award for how incredibly useless they are, can't answer the phone, can't return messages, can't solve simple billing errors, can't communicate effectively, can't take ownership, and no accountability. Like I said, USELESS. It's gotten so bad that I'm seriously considering terming my lease early. DO NOT MOVE HERE! Lee mas

This is by far the most peaceful apartment complex I have ever lived... The staff members are nice and very helpful! I already know I want to stay here and renew my lease after a month staying here.
