Always paid my rent early and never had any complaints or damage. Told them the carpet was damaged when I moved in and they never came to look or fix it and then charged me 700 replace the carpet and didn’t want to take responsibility for the carpet. Hurricane ruined my roof and all they did was paint it.

We aim to be transparent throughout the move-out process. Regarding the carpet, we... shared multiple email communications and clear photo documentation showing significant staining throughout the unit post-tenancy. As for the roofing concerns—following last year’s hurricane, our team moved quickly and efficiently to complete both interior and exterior repairs after a natural disaster. We’re proud to hear you only felt the inconvenience of a touch up paint compared to the extent of the repairs needed after the hurricane.
To clarify one final point: you are not being charged for full carpet replacement, as we discussed in our email communication. The charge reflects only the loss of life to the stained the carpet, calculated in accordance with standard depreciation practices.
