If you are looking for friendly and maxing staff, this is the place for you. If you are looking for a quiet community, this is the place for you. If you are looking for pet friendly safe spaces, this is the place for you. I love living here, I love my home, it’s just fantastic. Most people have complaints, but not me, I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else.

I have lived here for 3 years, it’s always lovely and clean. The staff is so awesome, they are always friendly and welcoming, even when there is any concerns. I would recommend living here, if you are looking for quiet, nice, and clean property.

We recently moved into River Oaks Landing and we're still getting settled in. So far, the staff has been terrific -- they respond quickly to questions/any issues and work very hard to attack maintenance issues in a timely fashion. We moved here so that we could be closer to a family member, but we're SO HAPPY to be in River Oaks Landing -- so far, so good! Thanks to Amber, Caleb, Tracy, and the whole team! ~Marie
