Poorly Managed
Management doesn’t communicate properly about anything. The management just changed and nothing was sent to tenants. We had our balconies worked on with no notice. Someone just knocked on our sliding glass door. You can’t pay rent online. Asking for any small update is dismissed. The maintenance man is condescending. Also, they don’t tell you when to expect him. Which wouldn’t necessarily be a problem, unless you need to put your pets away or need to be home. The complex used to not change your... rent, but now they keep raising it, but not providing any updated amenities. Also, there are laundry hookups but no onsite laundry area. Buying a washer/dryer is needed. The complex is also not secure. There is one camera by the office, but that’s it. People from the complex down the road often come down here to break into cars and steal. The rent is cheaper than most places but honestly, I’d run far away from this place.
