it's ok.. just a few roaches here and there
i live in the 1 br apt.. it's pretty spacious and for the price, i cannot complain at all.. except for the fact that i keep my apartment very clean.. well at least i try to(you know how life gets ahead of us sometimes but my apartment has never been dirty enough to warrant a moderate infestation) but i've had multiple roach infestations.
the apartments don't have air conditioning.. just really old heaters but they're renovating them as people move out, so theyre changing the doors and they... already changed the toilets which is a plus.. idk what else they're doing but it's a decent apartment if you're living by yourself
