Huntersville Commons

Awesome place to live! I researched someplace to live in Huntersville for 2 years, before selling my house in Charlotte after my kids were grown, and decided to move into Huntersville Commons the end of May, 2025. It was the best decision I could have made! I feel safe here, and I immediately felt at home. Everyone who works here is always positive and able to make any repairs needed. I am so happy that I choose Huntersville Commons!

I like living here. I have the best location in the complex with the creek behind my patio. It's also quiet in this neighborhood and close enough to walk to most stores. The office ladies and maintenance men do a great job. My only problems are that the light in the breezeway outside my door has never worked, but it isn't the only one, he one across the hall still works so it's not too dark at night. Also, sometimes a skunk smell gets into my living room through the vents, but I'm not sure... where it is coming from. Lee mas

Before I came to this community I visit three other ones, and everything needed to be done online. I came here by mistake and when I first open the door the general manager and Patricia both said good morning with a big smile. I ask how much was the montly rent and price was a litle to high for my budget and left. But what I did admire was the great service they renderd, I have been living here for almost a month and everything has been great thank you for the great job both are doing!!! Hugo... Escobar.
