Terrible management, maintenance, waste management
Do not move your family here. This place is a nightmare. I moved into a townhouse with over 30 significant maintenance issues. Some of them include: water shutoff for the master bathroom toilet not working, missing siding on the front exterior, screw on door hinges coming through the wall, leaking sinks in both bathrooms and the kitchen, peeling paint on the railing, broken outlets, toilet leaks, fridge and oven not working, washer hookup leaking, drywall cut in the laundry room, rotted weather... stripping on the front door, broken door handles, a damaged back door frame, ant infestations on the back patio, broken front door threshold, no fire alarms, dents in the front door, and unclean showers and bathrooms.
Repairs were slow, and management’s response was dismissive. I was offered only $150 as “sorry” for serious issues—less than 10% of my monthly rent. I had to live elsewhere for two weeks because of mold in the kitchen.
The leasing staff puts on a friendly face to get you in, but once you’re locked into a lease, urgent problems are ignored. The maintenance team is inexperienced, waste management is poorly handled, and trash piles up constantly, attracting pests. Meanwhile, residents receive frequent promotional emails about events while serious issues in their homes go unresolved.
I am relieved to have moved out. Research carefully before renting here—this property has serious safety and maintenance problems, and management does not prioritize residents’ well-being.
