Who's in charge?
The apartments are nice (as one would expect based on their age) and the staff is generally friendly. However, the management is a nightmare. Since moving in they have been plagued with system issues. The amenities are pretty good. The pickleball court they showed on their brochure 3 years ago when I moved is is finally nearing completion.
Working with them is quite the pain the rear, compounded by the fact that they change management companies and therefore some of the staff constantly. I... expect by the time I finish writing this I'll yet another portal I need to access to pay my bill.
