The Preserve at Carteret Place

The Preserve is very friendly and clean. I love that there is a dog park for dogs. Everyone is very friendly and kind in this community. I definitely feel at home at the Preserve. It has a lovely scenery and very spacious to go out for a walk.

I have lived at the Preserve for over a year now and I absolutely love it. My apartment is beautiful. The grounds are always kept so clean and landscaped. Maintenance is great and quick to respond. The office staff are very friendly, caring and attentive to your needs and any questions you may have. The amenities are a plus too!! It’s a great place to live!

I have been here at The Preserve for 2 years now. I was displaced by hurricane from my home of 9 years.The devastation that I was going through was the hardest point in my life. I was so blessed to be able to move into the #1 hotspot to live on our beautiful Crystal Coast. The office staff and our maintenance crew is absolutely amazing. The condos are so beautiful and modern. With the amenities that we have. You never have to leave home to have an awesome summer. Our community here is like... family, we look out for each other. My husband and I were among the first few residents to move into the complex, while the majority of the buildings were still under construction. We are coming up on signing our third lease and could not be happier with our experience at the Preserve. We were a little hesitant to go into an apartment to be honest, but we feel this absolutely was the right choice for our current life chapter. The apartments are clean, spacious, very modern, and beautiful. All of our friends and family compliment... the space whenever they come over. We also love using the pool, fire place area, and gym. But overall, the best part about living here has been the staff. The maintenance staff is very timely and makes minor things needed here and there a literal breeze. Treasure, the manager, was the assistant when we first moved in and quickly moved up to the property management position because she is AMAZING! From literally day 1 moving in, she has anticipated every single tiny need we may have, or jumped to help with whatever we may need. She is attentive, kind, understanding, warm, and we genuinely feel she has made our experience here wonderful. When we do move and buy a house one day we will miss her and all of her help! We cannot say enough great things about this complex, you will NOT be disappointed!! Lee mas

My experience at the Preserve has been an excellent one. I have never had an issue while I’ve lived here. The smart home features are wonderful! It’s been great being able to lock or unlock my doors and change my thermostat setting anywhere at anytime. The app keeps me updated on events/normal upcoming maintenance. The office staff has always been friendly and helpful. Every time I visit the office I’m greeted with enthusiasm. My apartment itself is nice and has plenty of space. I haven’t had... any issues with the craftsmanship or any of the appliances. I have a first floor and don’t hear much from my upstairs neighbors and what I do hear is nothing crazy.
