We understand how frustrating it can be to deal with multiple concerns, and we’re actively working with our team to address the issues you mentioned. Regarding the Peloton, we want to clarify that it has been fully operational for over a month now, and we’re sorry for any confusion around access. As for the rent concession, the charge you saw was due to a temporary system issue, which was corrected immediately once identified.

Your concerns are important to us, and we understand how disappointing it... must be to feel let down by your home and our service.

We take issues like pest control, maintenance, and communication very seriously. While we strive to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all residents, it’s clear we fell short in your case. Please know that we have professional pest control service on-site weekly to treat both individual homes—upon request—and common areas throughout the community. If you're experiencing issues inside your home, we strongly encourage you to submit a request so we can address it promptly.

Regarding your comments about the apartment features such as lighting, fan placement, and fixtures—these aspects were made known during the touring process. We do our best to provide clear and accurate information about each home prior to move-in to ensure transparency and help set expectations. That said, we appreciate your feedback and will continue to use it when evaluating future upgrades.

We also regret that you felt unsupported by our office team. Our goal is to communicate clearly and resolve all resident issues in a timely and professional manner. If there’s ever a time you feel otherwise, we urge you to contact our community manager directly so we can address your concerns and work toward a resolution.
