Sterling Glenwood Apartments

I just want to commend the staff here. They have been working extra hard being short staffed. They have people constantly coming in and out of the office and still give their full focus to who they are helping at that time, they barely eat, poor things, running around the building getting stuff done, tours, meetings and just trying to make the people who live here and people who want to move here happy. They don’t get enough credit, especially working after hours trying to get more work done.... The building looks nice especially with the holiday decor and music through the building. Sterling Staff, you guys are doing great and you help everyone even if it’s holding a door open, helping with bags or helping us understand our own paperwork. You guys can only do what you can and we appreciate it! Lee mas

I had a really positive experience apartment hunting with this property. The staff (Jenelle and Crystal)was professional, responsive, and very welcoming throughout the process. The apartment itself was well-kept and had a lot of great features. Ultimately, I decided not to move forward for personal reasons, but I truly appreciated how smooth and pleasant the experience was.

It could be a very nice place if it were cleaned up a bit, and with better (or any) management. There hasn’t been an actual property manager for over a month. The main lights in the front parking lot don’t work. We were pleased with the place 5+ years ago when we moved in, but it’s been going downhill for a few years, especially this year. Two stars may be generous.

Signed a lease and NEVER moved in nor any belongings .Within LESS than a weeks time, 3 days actually from payment to obtain keys, I terminated it due to findings of mold that once I cleaned , I could tell was a area it had been before as well as other nearby areas that would pose a risk to my health and others that would be living with me. Although it was offered that maintenance would “take care of it, I didn’t feel comfortable with the issue and asked for lease to be ended.

I will also be... charged 2months rent on top of a 2 month buy out fee. I could understand keeping a portion of my security and administration fee, but to tack on all other fees for technically a 2 day lease is absurd!

While 2 leasing office managers are friendly, Complex manager was condescending and curt.

Just moved in to my newly renovated apt. and it is VERY nicely done. All of my initial concerns were handling promptly and with a positive attitude. Very professional staff and beautiful grounds. Compared to other properties in the area, I am impressed! ML
