Wonderful Property

Beautiful Apartments and Property

We moved in last July and love all the amenities Oasis has to offer, from the pool, to the gym, the grills, and everything else!

Just Moved In!

The staff here is outstanding! My move-in day went so smooth! I really enjoyed this experience since I was very anxious about the transition. Loving the community and the grounds are amazing!

Loving the Oasis at Riverlights.

We sold our home and moved to the Oasis at Riverlights 3 years ago this June. The Oasis Apartments and the Riverlights Master Community (RL) give you a unique relaxed coastal vibe, yet the Oasis at RL is super convenient to the entire Greater Wilmington Area - from downtown Wilmington to several coastal beach towns, restaurants, shopping, regional hospital and airport. But the best part of the Oasis at Riverlights is whether you are just enjoying the beautifully kept pool area, like you would... experience at a resort hotel, or you just enjoying the over all RL Community area you don't have to think about what time is "check out" because you live here.

I found my place at Riverlights

I have been one of the first residents. Yes there has been growing pains but the new management has really turned it around. Oasis is a safe community with great people. I have a large dog and the poop bins are frequent and always have bags and treats for them.

As a single parent I feel comfortable with my kids home alone (yes they are old enough) knowing that management and neighbors always look out for them with positive affirmations.
