Parkview Place Apartments

Moving into your first apartment can be scary and overwhelming... but this property made it just the opposite. I felt welcome the first day I moved in and have ever since. Management has been more than helpful and makes me even happy to be living here. This property should be at the top of your wishlist!

This place is a great choice if you need an affordable apartment but still spacious and with added bonuses! It’s great to be able to have a garage seeing as a lot of places either don’t have one or have the underground parking. A plus is that its pet friendly!! I do like how the have all the rules set up when it comes to pet waste and stuff but it seems like a lot of people don’t follow them...it’s gotten a little better though. Angela is a great Property Manager and is always there if we have... any problems. Lee mas

The apartments are a good size and nicely updated...they allow dogs which was a plus for me ....but all the rules that are set in place to keep your dogs wastes cleaned up in the grassy area doesn’t seem to be monitored the way it was explained in the lease. Which is unpleasant for the ones who do cleanup after there pets. But other than this issue I enjoy living in this apartment complex

This complex is very well managed and kept up with. The apartment manager, Angela, is hands down the friendliest and most efficient manager I have had. 10/10 recommend this complex!

Parkview Place is really pet friendly and the property provides waste bags to make clean up easy outside. The apartment has really spacious garages for any extra parking or storage needs.
