Getting spendy as it is old. Mostly quiet
Old place, cracks in the walls, peeling paint in some spots, old carpets. Getting more strict on garage use, frequently posts new parking lot rules. Just raised rent 7/23 after 3 or more years. Nothing new added in that time other than an asphalt road that might be because of the property, maybe not. Has power outages a few times a summer, the water has been shutting off without warning lately. Quiet, people seem ok, at least one person who stares out the windows always. Couple deaths this year.... Lots of sirens, can smell like the garbage dump or farm dung in the summer. 15 min from a grocery store & close to a school. Balconies are rough. Packages seem to be safe to get mailed, mailboxes sometimes get left open. Nice trees that bloom for a couple weeks out front.1 motorcycle/music neighbor.
