I had to do an emergency move from my former apartment due to floods. Put in application here was quickly approved. I love it here. This apartment has updated appliances and i don't have to share washer and dryer. Very spacious i would recommend these Apts. Thank you Savanah

I've been living here for a little over 3 months and since day one office managers Kat and Kassidy have been so sweet and helpful. The approval process was so quick and painless and the apartment has ZERO BUGS, literally have not seen one. Maintenance guys are nice and are always on top of snow shoveling before anyone is even awake and the grounds are immaculate. I was worried about my car being broken into since I chose not to get a garage but these apartments are so safe. So if you're looking... for a quiet,bug free apartment that is really spacious I would definitely recommend. So glad I moved in. Lee mas

My husband and I currently live here and have received a noise complaint many months ago, we decided to stop working out from home because this was the most likely source of the noise. Yesterday we received a notice to vacate our apartment, no management has called to discuss any more complaints and we have been extremely careful not to make excessive noise. We now have to find a new place to live during the Covid-19 pandemic within a matter of 14 days, regardless of the careful precautions we... took to not disturb our neighbours. I am extremely disappointed with the way this has been handled. We were not even informed of what specific noise we had made to disturb our neighbours. The simple fact that our management hadn't even reached out to us in any other way than a generic pre-typed letter throughout the entire process of them deciding to remove my family from our home is beyond cold and unfeeling. This was our first place as a young married couple. We have not had any issues with management, in fact they have been extremely helpful and kind! The couple times we had MINOR issues (and I mean minor) the maintenance team was quite prompt and efficient. I thank them for making our first home so wonderful! The grounds were well maintained, the apartment was terrific, the staff friendly, and I would do it over again if we weren't moving across the country!

I truly love these apartments! The office staff is prof & friendly, they are well maintained, spacious and noise level is low. I recommend these apartments to anyone looking.
