Unkept and has maintenance fees
Cockroches have been an issue for for at least 3 years. Dryers dont work, or vent out through the exhaust properly can someone say fire hazard? Not to mention the pricing differential on each machine. Stairwells and carpets are dirtied up with food from tenants. If you need a new lightbulb in your unit, pay a fee or buy one yourself, keeping in mind a unit may have 3 different types of bulbs. If I were a tenant i would be very unhappy with this property and its management. The signs posted about... dog waste and other litter are a joke. Considering what I have seen, they dont watch cameras. Some of them are either missing or need to be positioned differently. Talk about a safety issue.
If this is all being heard for the first time, this also goes to show how careless the tenants are about safety and health. I've read reviews from years prior about the cockroaches, but this is absurd. The email for metropolis isn't even active or I'd be messaging them.
