Eagle Rock & Hensyn Village

I've lived here for 4 years and can't find anything positive to say. Do yourself a favor and find another place to live. The maintenance crew inspired me to leave and find a new place.

Do not move here , I moved here when I was 7 and the place is still terrible. It is not kid friendly. They took the basketball court and pool away from us and only the kings village residents can swim there. My father has been asking for a rug change , new paint on the walls and new tiles on the floor in the bathroom and we still haven’t had any of these changes done. There is mold all over the bathroom and we have told them multiple times to come and fix these conditions and this is sick

Only giving this complex a 5/10 because of it’s pricing. If anything goes wrong expect it to be done half way, the priority of the staff is to make things as difficult as possible and to fix things with tape and rubber bands basically. I personally lived at this apartment complex for 5 years I’ve spotted little mouse around the property, the rain leaks through the walls and created mold which they Took 6MONTHS to fix with paint!!!!! Obviously it wasn’t fixed. I also had an issue with fungus... growing under the carpet from all the water and the complex thought it wasn’t Important enough to fix right away. Basically live there if u want full responsibility of a house but living in an over crowded apartment complex where parking is almost impossible Lee mas

This place is disgusting. Please dont waste your money. The air conditioner that you pay 30 dollars extra for doesn't run and if you call a maintenance guy to come fix it all he does is hit it with a wrench until it runs and then you have to call again the next day. There is mold in the bathroom from no ventilation. Paint is chipping off and falling on the carpet. Walls are so thin that I can hear the tenants under us SNORING. Its freezing in the winter because they dont turn on the heat until... they feel like it, which the knob to adjust the temperature doesn't work so good luck turning it off. Maintenance men just show up randomly in your apartment and on your balcony without prior notice. (That was a terrible surprise when I was in my nightgown) the worst part is when you break your lease you need to pay the remaining months upfront. Oh and the snow? Yeah, they dont plow, they just put road blocks up so you need to go through Henson village to get to route 46. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!! It is disgusting. Lee mas

THEY WILL PRETEND YOU DIDN'T PAY RENT FOR MONTHS AND IF YOU MISPLACED THE RECEIPT
YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY AGAIN THEY ARE NOTHING BUT THIEFS
THEY DON'T HAVE ANY CLUE ABOUT HOW TO MANAGE A PROPERTY
THESE APARTMENTS ARE FULL OF PEST - MOUSE - BED BUGS - ETC
THEY NEVER FIX APARTMENTS THE CORRECT WAY
THEY WANT TO PAINT OVER BLACK MOLD
MAINTENANCE DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO FIX A TOILET
NOW WE HAVE TO HOLD THE LEVER TO BE ABLE TO FLUSH
THE... LITTLE TILE ON THE BATHROOM BREAK AND THEY NEVER REPLACE THEM
CABINETS ARE FALLING APART CAN EVEN TALK ABOUT THE CARPET
THEY WILL NEVER REPLACE IT NOT EVEN AFTER 10-15 YEARS- AND THEN WANT TO CHARGE YOU FOR IT AT THE END
THE PEOPLE THEY HAVE WORKING HERE
TAKE ANYTHING YOU LEAVE IN THE LOAN - KIDS TOYS - BIKES - ANYTHING NOT KID FRIENDLY
I DON'T KNOW WHY THEY RENT TO FAMILIES WHEN YOU DON'T HAVE PLAY AREA AND THE KIDS CAN NOT EVEN WALK ON GRASS
THERE IS DOG POOP EVERYWHERE THEY DON'T PLOW UNTIL 2 DAYS AFTER SNOWFALL
