Living here has been a joy, I cannot say enough nice things about the office staff.they are friendly efficient, and are ready to help with any issue you have.The social activities for the Tennant are organized and enjoyable to attend I am looking forward to many years here at the Pavilion

Some residents don’t respect any parking preferences. I know most spaces are not assigned but you would think that they would notice. I also wish the building would spray the grassy areas around the complex for ticks as they are already out. The stairwells are also dirty pretty often but this is me nitpicking. I really like living here and hope to stay for a while.

I’ve been a resident here for over 6 months now. The staff are always very accommodating and considerate, in addition to planning excellent community events. The building is always very clean. And the neighbors are generally kind and friendly. This is a great place to live!
