Not a bad place to live
The people in my building were mostly great and it was mostly quiet except on weekends. There are no real amenities.
Sometimes the pot smell was overwhelming and a few people used to dump their cigarette butts everywhere. Joe and Willie were very nice and kept an eye on things. A mix of long time renters and college kids rotating in. Parking mostly okay, sometimes long term "visitors" hog the spots. Big plus for separate apt doors open corridor and good heating system.
You can have... pets for a fee. Most dog walkers clean up after themselves and the pooches were well behaved. You need a car to get anywhere. You cannot walk to Convent Station train station without risking death on a no sidewalk road. I
