Someone has to say it
Love my apartment. HATE the building. Service requests take weeks to be acknowledged. Passive aggressive notes from management in public spaces for guests to see despite there being an online portal for resident communication. But that is also where the service requests are so makes sense. No pets of my own right now but I love animals so I’ll just say you do have to watch your step outside the building. The bigger issue for me is that the community spaces are always dirty. Community room? Dark... and dusty. Gym? Dusty with warn old equipment. Lobby? High traffic so I’ll just comment on the hole in the wall that was plasters but not painted. Elevator? DIRTY! High traffic but you can find the same stain a week later. Hallways? Chipped paint and damaged walls. Garage? Dirty and not well lit. The lights for the outside parking light are not guaranteed. Entry to the building is also a roll of the dice as many times the “systems failed” so doors are commonly left open leaving the building unsecured. No shuttle to train or visitor parking. Have to pay for street parking even after 7.
