The complex here at Grandview Garden Apartments its very good maintainted, the location is great close by the highway, buses 164, 163, to city.

I’ve been here for 3 years now and I appreciate everything they have done for me. Ed the super is always quick to fix any issues I have at the apartment.

We have been living in the Grandview Apartment Complex for the past 23 years. We have enjoyed being here. It is very well maintained and our super, Eduart, is just wonderful. If we ever have a problem he is responds right away and is so pleasant and helpful.

There are three excellent public schools and one private school, all within walking distance. The public library is a wonderful asset to the town with an extremely helpful staff.

The police department is great with an active presence... around town and the emergency response is very rapid.

Four bus lines pass through town with many stops along the Boulevard and easy access to NYC and Garden State Plaza Mall.

There are many restaurants in town with a variety of cuisines.

It is a lovely complex in a great town.

Grandview Apts. was a very nice community to live 30 years ago. Unfortunately good family oriented people slowly moved away. High rental prices, and wera and tear of the apartments were the main reason! You can hear people walking above you. (due to poor insulation)! The landlord is more aware of the lawn's manicure than of the apartments themselves!
Just look around somewhere else. Good luck!
