Disgusting

I sadly have to agree with reviews. Management is lazy and the buildings are roach and bed bug infested. There are massive holes in the parking lot and kids running around constantly. Our front door's lock broke and wasn't fixed for 8 months...when they did finally fix it the super didn't notify us and we were locked out of our apartment at midnight. What a dump.

Since then, management and administration have fully changed, and the property is now operating under a new,... hands-on team committed to raising standards across the board. Many years have passed, though we would welcome the chance to reconnect if you are ever in search of renting.

DO NOT RENT HERE

Seriously, do not rent from these guys. They are shady and incompetent. In less than a month there was a horrid infestation of roaches due to our neighbors just abandoning their apartment and management was completely laissez faire about it. Mike the super is overworked and you can never reach him..even in an emergency. Many areas of the buildings are not up to code. We rented a renovated space but the surrounding apartments were run down thus creating a nightmare bug situation. Good luck trying... to find a parking space. There's trash everywhere. I'd come late at night from work to men drinking beer out in the parking lot and the next day would walk outside to empty beer bottles. I would not suggest this place on my worst enemy!

We are paying... much more attention to detail in an effort to deliver a great renting experience. Bedbugs and roaches

The worst place you could ever live...severe problem with bedbugs and roaches and they do nothing to help but try to make you pay out of pocket...do not rent here!!!Its a nightmare
