100 House

Great place thus far. Everyone is friendly and they are here to help. The leasing office is going through some changes so obtaining the lease took a while but overall the experience has not been too bad.

We love living here! The apartments are roomie and we love that they are pet friendly. It’s been perfect location for commuting to work. It’s close to both downtown Hoboken and Jersey city.

We’ve been here for over 4 years and we really love living here at 100 House. Amenities are great, all the staff are always very helpful and the neighborhood is great.

I never write reviews but this time I felt the need to do so. If I could give it negative stars I would. Apartment complex is nice and new, but management does not care about you and only see you as a way to make more money. There are so many small infractions for which they will charge you a fee. I lost my key on a weekend and there is a $100 fee to get a key replacement, plus an additional $100 just so they could let me into my apartment. Apartment doors automatically lock right behind you so... I cannot go out of my apartment, to even use the apartment amenities, while I wait for the new key to arrive (which could take a few days) because I will have to pay the fee to be let back in. When talking to management they tell you that is the way the system works and that they cannot do anything about it. Showing that they do not care about us and will try to take as much money from you as they can. Lee mas

We love our apartment & all the fixtures. We have a large island that you wouldn't be able to find in most buildings which is a plus for us. The high ceilings make the space look much bigger & so welcoming. We for sure love our apartment!
