The apartment is great, but the management is abhorrent..

We've lived here for many years and have only started having issues over the past year due to changes in management. I think it has to do with the people way up top, because the best property managers we have had left fairly quickly into their positions. The people in charge now seem to forget that yes, this is their job, but this is also our home. I know we have a choice in where we live, but the cost of living to move is so high, that we don't exactly have the financial choice to pick up and... move elsewhere. They visibly don't treat other staff well, they have poor communication with residents and place blame where it isn't deserved, and hearing experiences from other residents, this isn't just a "me" problem.

Great place thus far. Everyone is friendly and they are here to help. The leasing office is going through some changes so obtaining the lease took a while but overall the experience has not been too bad.

We love living here! The apartments are roomie and we love that they are pet friendly. It’s been perfect location for commuting to work. It’s close to both downtown Hoboken and Jersey city.

Poor Management Treatment

I never write reviews but this time I felt the need to do so. If I could give it negative stars I would. Apartment complex is nice and new, but management does not care about you and only see you as a way to make more money. There are so many small infractions for which they will charge you a fee. I lost my key on a weekend and there is a $100 fee to get a key replacement, plus an additional $100 just so they could let me into my apartment. Apartment doors automatically lock right behind you so... I cannot go out of my apartment, to even use the apartment amenities, while I wait for the new key to arrive (which could take a few days) because I will have to pay the fee to be let back in. When talking to management they tell you that is the way the system works and that they cannot do anything about it. Showing that they do not care about us and will try to take as much money from you as they can.
