Apartment is cozy with a lot of charm, but the building has on-going maintenance issues. It's expected because it used to be a pencil factory. That said, that's the only con. It's great community, amenities are probably the best part of this complex. Outdoor grills, full sized fitness center, movie theatre, etc. Another nice perk is that it is only a few blocks from the grove street path train and street parking isn't too bad.
