Beautiful property

This property is in a historic area. It’s beautiful and very clean. Elaine and Ken are the best!

Love Living Here

Management and maintenance are great! Elaine is friendly and really responsive since starting here. Ken makes sure the building is always taken care of. They both take pride in making the building great!

Dilapidated building

I live in 22 Duncan Ave, Jersey City, NJ 07304 for a few years now. This building is old and dilapidated. The hallways are peeling paint, broken walls, filthy dirty stain carpet and the elevator is from the stone age also inside very old and broken dilapidated. Also some tenants are bringing pit bull dogs which is not allowed but the owner does not say anything. People also leaving garbage bags in the hallways. Same landlord owns other buildings on Duncan Ave. all in the same bad condition.... People move in and move out in three years I live here almost all apartments have change tenants.
