Vermella Lyndhurst

We had to move urgently from my current owned house due to a fire! Debbie from leasing office was empathetic and super helpful finding us an apartment quick and move in all within couple of days!! The Apartments are so spacious with amazing amenities!

I’ve lived in Vermella for the past 7 years since the very first building was made. Beautiful and exciting place for kids. It’s very quiet and peaceful here as well. Maintenance is amazing, any little problem they are here to your rescue. We’ve had carpet in our apartment for 7 years and thanks to the great people working in Vermella’s office (Lily, and Debby) we were able to get beautiful Grey toned wood floor. Let me tell you about Lilly the assistant manager she is so helpful and get things done. I lost a package it was miss placed somewhere and she went Over and beyond and help me find it. What a life saver .

I just moved here a few months ago and couldn’t be happier. Everything about the apartment and the complex is beautiful and maintained. It’s also so quiet. Even on the third floor, I don’t hear neighbors above or beside me.

Also, a big thank you to Janet in the leasing office. She took our countless calls, visits, and questions with the highest level of professionalism. She never made me feel like I was bothering her and answered any questions I had.

WARNING.... DO NOT RENT HERE! IF YOU DO GET TOP LEVEL RENTERS INSURANCE!! Do not make the same mistake my family did and get fooled by the nice looking interiors. We've lived here for 6 months and are forced to break out of our lease and move out it's gotten so bad. The construction of the building is flat out horrible. If you live on any floor by the top you can hear every step of the people above you... But that's not the worst part!
The construction of the building is so bad we've had... multiple water leaks in our ceiling where they had to cut it open to fix pipes. Then when they did fix it they left our apartment looking like a construction zone! This happened not once, twice, but three times! Are you kidding me?
Our neighbors unit just got flooded yesterday and all of his belongings completely destroyed. Everyone had to evacuate the building at 2am by the fire department and police and go stay in a hotel in which we had to pay for ourselves.
We've lived in a lot of apartments and this is been the worst experience by far. Take my advice and rent somewhere else! Lee mas
