Paper-thin walls, mail doesn't work, management MIA
Mail and address problems since day one. Still not fixed months later. Management keeps promising it'll be resolved "soon" but nothing ever changes.
Soundproofing is terrible. Hear everything from neighbors - water running, footsteps, conversations. Feels like living in a hotel, not an apartment.
Communication is nonexistent. Emails go unanswered for days or weeks. When they do respond, it's just vague excuses with no actual solutions or timelines.
Can't believe I'm paying this much for a place... where basic things don't work, walls are paper-thin, and management won't even communicate.

We understand your frustration and apologize for the inconvenience you’ve experienced. As discussed, the mail issue stems from a delay with the United States Postal Service. We’ve done everything within our power to ease the problem, including... organizing our own mail pickup and delivery while USPS finalized their setup. We’ve recently been notified that USPS has received the necessary keys, and service should be fully restored this week.
