I am leaving the same review about this place everywhere, so no one makes the same mistake as I did. Avoid this drama filled dictatorship. Apartments are old and have a cheap makeover. Building owner, property manger, and other people associated with the owners are huge bullies. Bathrooms are in need of serious updates. There is a bug problem, and the tenants leave a lot to be desired. Children run crazy through the halls, screaming and yelling as loud as possible, most without adult supervision... , some not even fully dressed. A lot can be said about people who raise children like that. Do you really want them as your neighbor? Parents spend all their time screaming at their kids all day. Which brings me to my next point. Insulation between apartments must be some of the cheapest, and thinnest around. You hear everything coming from every apartment. My biggest issue however is the following. I made the mistake of asking for a repair once. After this, I have been constantly harassed and bullied. A person is suppose to feel peaceful and relaxed at home. But I do not any longer. I fear anyone knocking at my door, as the owners now make threats towards me. This place might have once been ran by nice people, but someone else must be running the place now, because the people I interact with are rude and hostile. I am a quiet and keep to myself kind of person. I never make a lot of noise, nor have I ever thrown any loud parties, been drunk, or caused issues with anyone in the building. Most probably have no idea who I am. So when I am approached in a hostile manner, by the managers over topics that are NOT in my control nor my fault, I do not appreciate that at all. Do not blame me for your broken old equipment. You're the owner, if you can not afford to repair stuff, then do not offer it in your building. It is as simple as that. To single out a person, who keeps to themselves and has never caused a single issue, and then you make straight up lies and false accusations, is a terrible way to treat a tenant. Then when that tenant claims truthful innocence and tries to explain things, the owner gets severely defensive and hostile. So if you want a place to call home that is run by a evil, hostile, dictator, then go ahead and live here. But if you need a calm peaceful home, move on from this place.
