cheap
The rent is probably the cheapest in the area, but you get what you pay for. The walls are made of paper, god help you if you’re on the first floor and both your upstairs neighbors and the people behind you are loud. The lease states upstairs apartments need to have a certain amount of the apartment carpeted, but they don’t enforce it.
It gets extremely warm in the summer months. They provide one air conditioner in the living room, but there are no ceiling fans. The location of the kitchen... blocks the air flow.
The parking can be tricky, limited spaces. They make you get a sticker for your car and claim you’ll be towed without one, but again, not actually enforced.
The people in the office are also wildly unfriendly, even when you live here. It’s so strange, I have no idea why you would work in that type of customer service if you don’t like interacting with people.
But yeah, it’s cheap.
