They will threaten to kick people out for the smallest things. They are cold and heartless and not worthy of anyone calling this there home.

I recently moved from NYC to NJ and fell in love with the area. The well-kept grounds and tranquil atmosphere are truly delightful. My apartment is fantastic, and the location couldn’t be more convenient. The neighborhood offers a perfect blend of peaceful living and easy access to everything I need.

Noisy tenant above me. This has been a nightmare so far. However my apartment was renovated and it’s really nice. If l could afford to move l would run for my life.

Its a nice place to start off, its close to major highways and local stores. However you only get 1 parking spot, Laundry rooms now close @ 9pm (which a lot of people have been complaining about) its unfair and unfortunate for those of us who only have that time available to wash our clothes.... washer machines are not always clean, sometimes you'll find pet hair or water backed up from the last wash... if you put in a ticket for maintenance MAKE SURE TO FOLLOW UP on your ticket! sometimes they... mark it as "job completed" when it has not been done. If you have to call the leasing office for whatever reason be ready to have a "not so friendly convo" she can be very rude at times and cuts you off when you're speaking. other than that this is an ok place to live short term, a lot of ppl who have been here 9 plus years are either looking to leave or leaving.... I’ve been here for almost 2 years. As my first apartment ever, this place is a dream! It’s clean, loaded with closet space, and large rooms! Thick walls in here, can’t hear my neighbors or my boyfriend in the next room lol. The grounds are very well kept as well and love the assigned parking! You’re always guaranteed your space! The on site laundry is also incredibly convenient.
